The Bear spreadsheet contains the boys names on individual worksheets.
The leader should distribute each individual worksheet to the parent of each of his cubscouts. The parent can then edit the tracking sheet and send a copy of it back to the den leader, on a timely basis.
The den leader may then track the overall advancement of all his scouts, using the cumulative total worksheet.
