If you meet at St. Timothy School, or ever use the classrooms, please remember to sign-in on the board in the classroom. Every classroom has a clipboard with the sheet. If the sheet is full, use the back.

As an additional reminder, please, please take care of the classroom. Do not allow the boys to get into the desks and do anything - even look. We have had an incident in which something was spilled on a desk and another desk in which items are now missing. When our sponsor called to tell me, and subsequently sent home the incident report, it was not only those two items, but the teacher noted that no one had signed in that they had used the classroom.

Task one of your parents with being the person responsible for signing in each week (but use your name). You are not a babysitter; if the boys are not behaving and not respecting the property of others, then either their parent has to stay with them during the entire meeting and manage their behavior or you may need to find another place to meet. It's a part of life to learn to respect the property of others. It's another lesson to learn by leaving a room at least as clean, if not cleaner than you found it. I know the St. Timothy children are very sensitive to this because I have frequently heard in my house how "those CCD kids" messed up my desk.
